The job you did was remarkable.  The topics that we picked were right on target with what we needed at this time in our history.  Fred has already met a couple of times with his team and service standards are bubbling.  Mary Kidd, our Transportation Manager, has met with her department at least twice since you were in Lexington.  They have created a target list of producers that can bring us to the promised land.  These customers are being contacted periodically and are being made to feel special.  Their names are pinned in huge print on our walls so it is impossible to forget how important and driven we are to grow our business and have fun caring about people.

Quality speakers are first quality people if they truly believe in what they say and do.  I am reminded by an expression that is right on target in describing DA, "It is not what DA does that determines your destiny, it is how they do what they do that determines your destiny."  I feel privileged to work with DA but, more privileged to keep learning from them.

I have been working with the Development Associates USA team since 1982 when I was a Customer Service Rep at an automobile dealership. I attribute much of my success as a business owner to the training I’ve received from the Development Associates team. Besides the content of their teaching material being dynamite, the presentation and enthusiasm it’s presented with is infectious. You can’t help it, you get excited to get back to work to implement the things you’ve just learned, and the best part is you can. Just wanted to send you a quick note to tell you that I really enjoyed the class “Creating The Future”.  Interacting with the others in the class made me realize we do some things very well and need to improve on others. The instructors did a wonderful job facilitating the discussions and going over the course materials. I’m certain I will be calling on the manual as a valuable reference tool over the rest of my career.
