Sales Performance Edge: The Principles of Prospecting and Selling

Our comprehensive sales program equips sales professionals:
   • By providing specific techniques and strategies to motivate prospects, avoid 
     roadblocks to productive sales conversations, pique interest, develop needs,
     obtain the commitment, and prevent and handle objections
   • To identify the things they can do to earn favor in the prospect’s mind and
     examine what things hamper their sales
   • With the keys to effective networking and receiving referrals from both
     customers and non-customers


Benefits of our Programs

Each Program is Customized
Before the program commences our consultant will conference with both company leadership and the participant to understand the company’s culture, needs, constraints, performance standards, goals and any other issues that affect productivity.

Follow Up
In our tele-training, we provide two hours of personal coaching time that can be used during the training or up to one month following the training to address individual situations and challenges.

For on-site training, our consultant conferences with your company once a month for the three months following training, to coach and support the development process.


Strategic Planning

During strategic planning, our team will work with you to achieve the following. 

   • Critically evaluate your company’s current status, envision the level you want
     (or need) your company to attain, obtain company leadership and rank and file 
     perspectives on the current status as well as the potential for success they
     see and identify potential goals that will assist in meeting that potential

   • Obtain the critical information you need to make good decisions in the planning
     process and compile all of the input obtained to facilitate the strategic planning
     session

   • Create specific action steps to achieve those goals


Coaching Programs/Workshops

Here are some of our more popular coaching programs that address many organizational needs. One may be just what you’re looking for, or we can customize a class to meet your needs!

Don’t Work With Strangers (Team Building)

In this workshop, we use the DISC personality profile to help participants better understand themselves and how to better relate to others by taking into consideration their and others’ communication styles. We also emphasize team building and how improved understanding can help the company better achieve its mission and vision.

When In Charge – Take Charge! (Leadership)

In this workshop, we explore the very different leadership styles of two very successful and renowned military officers. Attendees participate in a critical analysis of these different leadership styles, evaluate the strengths and weaknesses of each, and discuss how these styles may or may not work in their work environment

The Art of Communicating (Communication)

In this workshop, we explore the core principles of communications, the common communication errors, how to prepare for a successful communications engagement, and how the use of “weasel words” destroys the best intent of any statement.

Responsibility and Accountability in the Work Place (Action Planning)

This workshop presents a process tohelp you establish goals, create an action plan of responsibility and built-in accountability, as well as ways to track your progress to insure the project is completed on time. Personal organization and time management strategies are also discussed as an important component to being prepared to take on work without becoming overwhelmed.
