Since 1982, we have been guiding companies to improve performance and profitability with skills that help people become more effective. We’re looking for dynamic presenters who wish to be independent contractors to motivate, educate, and make learning fun!

The qualifications for this position include but are not limited to:

• Desire to become certified on the basic development programs we offer our clients
• Ability to adapt and deliver training content in the classroom to meet specific client needs
• Ability to travel
• Three years of training, development, and public speaking experience
• Strong verbal and written skills
• Background and experience in business
• Flexibility and the ability to work diplomatically with polished finesse
• Ability to quickly relate training material to real life experiences as well as demonstrate how to implement the skills being taught
• An absolute desire to help others improve and succeed
• Excellent platform skills
• Ability to interface with clients of various skill levels and address participants at all levels within an organization
• Your own laptop computer equipped with Power Point
